I was pulled over for leaving an establishment that has a liquor license and was breathalyzed at the time I didn’t know if I was under 22 my alcohol level had to be zero despite still having an g license which I thought gave me the limit of 0.08 anyways I get issued for the ticket somebody comes and picks me up and drives the car for me now however the ticket is supposed to come with an immediate 7 day roadside suspension which he told me initially it was 3 days then when he was done all his paperwork he actually gave me back the ticket along with my license so he never suspended it what are the chances of a case like this getting dismissed by a judge as it shows floppy work is it enough of an clerical error to get it at least reduced to something with less points and no license suspension
