How long after the flight is cancelled you get a hotel?
So our flight TK53 was supposed to leave from BKK to IST at around 23:15. They kept delaying it due to operational reasons until we received the notification at 00:30 that the flight is cancelled. They let us know our next flight is at 20:00 and that we're getting a hotel. However, it's 02:00 and we're still at the gate. Is this normal?
