So I’m 16F and I attend college in the UK. I was recently told I had low iron anemia which was discovered because I was always severely fatigued/exhausted and even with enough sleep, food and water would be too tired to go to class or if I did go, would be literally falling asleep in class. My attendance is 86% now and I need to get it up but I started iron tablets two days ago and it takes 2-4 weeks to work and I’m so tired all the time. Any advice?
