Wondering if this is possible, or if my neighbor is messing with me.

Basically, I set a fish trap and was baiting it and checking it frequently. I caught a few small fish and then when checking another time I caught “The Skull of (my name)”

For some context, I have some very unfriendly neighbors across the river and down a ways who have door camped me a few times and have been generally unfriendly in multiple other ways.

So I’m wondering, did someone put my skull in my trap, or is it possible to catch your own skull in a fish trap somehow?? Has anyone else ever had this happen?
