Hey there,

My girlfriend and I are planning to visit the Trinity River in a few weeks and we could not be more excited. We will be driving up in a truck with a camper shell. I'm hoping to get some insight on the rules pertaining to this type of camping. Ideally we would do this trip by spending the least amount on campsites possible.

Willow creek seems like a good area to try to stay near. What places will we not be allowed to sleep? Is this the kind of area where you can park overnight in a parking lot? Are there free campsites? Are there only paid camping sites?

Any insight would be great!
