I seem to be immune to Ketoconazole. I religiously use it. The cream on my face and the shampoo on my scalp. It seems to just dry out my patches very strongly. Within 24 hours the patchs/scalp is so itchy again. I've entirely changed my diet. Very gut friendly. Lots more protein and fibre. I also once or twice a week use Capasal Therapeutic shampoo (1% Salicylic acid, Coconut oil and Coal tar). I also couldn't be cleaner at this point.

Could one just be immune to Ketoconazole? I've attached photos of what I've been using for weeks/months/years.

What is main distinction between scalp psoriasis and seb derm?

Is anyone else in the same boat?
