I still remember the day I joined this subreddit- scrolling through posts of people proudly sharing their watches. Some were luxury pieces, some Seikos, some classic G-Shocks... all of them felt a world away from where I was. I'd just sit there, admiring them like a kid staring through a shop window, quietly hoping that one day I'd have something like that of my own.
But college life has a funny way of keeping you "broke forever." So for the longest time, it stayed just that-a dream.
That changed recently.
I got my first salary, and without overthinking it too much, I finally pulled the trigger on this beauty. And honestly, it's more than just a watch to me. Every time I look at that clean white dial, there's a mix of pride, nostalgia, and a quiet sense of "I made it here."
Just wanted to say thanks to everyone in this community. Your posts, your journeys, your knowledge-it all played a part in making this moment real for me.
Cheers 🥂
