I hope you all don't mind venting and griping. I am the SWAT at my store and my inventory supervisors seem to interpret shrink as my sole responsibility. They completely misunderstand the point of my role and put zero effort into helping me find things. They delight in finding mistakes that I make whilst putting zero effort into correcting my colleagues' errors (the unravelling of which is what bogs me down and wastes all my time through the week). They're all super shitty, snotty, and disrespectful and have no compassion for what this low paying job is doing to my mental health. Responsibility for every inventory screw up rolls off my supes' backs and lands on my feet. Metrics wise, our ops are doing fantastic (though perhaps not after this week) but I am pretty sure we're all about to quit. About a year ago, all the inventory at this location quit at the same time. It seems to be a pattern. God I fucking hate working here.
