I got notice last week from my supervisor that I was being approved for an additional step due to a project I led. I have documentation from the committee that it was approved.
Today, my supervisor notified me that the award was being canceled because I didn’t receive an outstanding on my eperformance evaluation (I received high sat).
Is there a new rule that just went into effect? I didn’t think special awards were related to an outstanding rating?
