Hi everyone,

I’m a 22F and I’ve gone from 93kg down to 73kg so far. Overall I’m really happy with my progress, but I feel like I’ve hit a bit of a plateau recently and wanted to get some advice.

For the past 2 weeks I’ve been sitting around 73.3–74kg and it just won’t seem to budge. I haven’t changed anything . I’m still eating in a calorie deficit, tracking everything, and consistently hitting around 12,000 steps a day.

One thing I do that might be a bit odd: I drink about 2.5L of water throughout the day, and then before bed I’ll drink another ~500ml so I can pee in the morning and (in my head) “get rid of water weight” before weighing in. Is that pointless or actually affecting things?

I’m just wondering:

- Is this kind of plateau normal at this stage?

- Should I change anything or just stay consistent?

- Any tips for getting through this phase without overthinking it?

Appreciate any advice, trying to stay on track without doing something silly or unnecessary.
