Being priced out of neighborhood
We bought a house in 2019 got a great rate and a FHA loan. Since then between the increased Property taxes and insurance are payment has gone up by $600. At first it was $50 but, this years it’s jumped by $309 due to the taxes and insurance. Am shopping around for cheaper insurance but we really can’t afford it.
Am in school full time on top of working and my husband works full time. We have two kids and my oldest has ASD. We looked at moving but there’s nothing in the area that’s remotely affordable to us . Between the rising food and gas prices and my oldest therapy I don’t know what to do. Am thinking about applying for SSDI for my oldest but I heard it’s hard to get .
