Looking for advice after lab results
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice on what to do. 30F. I just got my lab results back and I’m so upset. I guess I’m really struggling with my diet. I thought I was eating healthier and everything but my lab results are worse.
LDL - 147
HDL - 92
Total cholesterol - 240
I’m at a loss. What should I be eating? I was eating a lot of egg scrambles filled with vegetables or omelettes filled with a bunch of veggies and meat and for lunch I was eating a lot of salads or leftovers like chicken and veggies or steak and veggies. I really don’t know what I’m doing wrong but my numbers have never been this high before and I’d like to figure this out somehow with diet and exercise.
