I live in a city that’s been hit particularly hard by the opioid epidemic. We have bike lanes which has been nice, but I’ve had multiple accidents on my scooter due to drugged-out idiots jumping in front of me just to mess with me. Red lights are also super dangerous, as on three separate occasions I’ve had to fight off people trying to push me off my scooter and steal it.
