My friend's one year of experience in Canada is going to be completed on Next month June 22nd.

What should be the right time to put file in the pool and whats the safest date to get ITA before 22nd June as his crs score would be 523?

OINP Masters stream applicant here. Applied in Nov 2024 and received AOR in Sep 2025, but still no update on the file.
What are the current processing timelines? Anyone else with a similar timeline still waiting?
