hello, i’m relocating to state college at the end of july. i haven’t had much luck in the housing department and am getting nervous. i’m looking for a 1-bed under $2k/month near the university. preferably looking for modern appliances/unit, in unit laundry, unfurnished apartment, & parking. any recommendations for apartment complexes/houses to rent? is it too late?
