Phylrich Faucets are a nightmare!!!!
I just finished a 3 bathroom renovation and used all Phylrich faucets and shower/ tub fixtures. Everything & I mean everything something was wrong or something was missing. Since I had ordered a custom finish it was a 6-10 week turnaround to get anything. I will NEVER use them again!!!!
