This might sound like a stupid question but can you wear skincare during an MRI scan ?

I have a scan tomorrow and I read online that you shouldn't wear make up. I have during previous scans I've had and wasn't told not to.

I have very dry skin from an acne medication I take and need to use moisturizer.

Any advice is very welcome.
