DO NOT buy this product!!!!

When I purchased this, I thought it was neat how I don't have to bleach my hair first then dye it blue after.

Well... fml!!!

I see this event often, there are usually different denominations of discounts that happen daily, but I don't understand how it works.

I clicked on shop, selected the items I want, went to cart to check out and I never see the $50 discount per $130. I only see my personal coupons and time limited discounts being applied but not from the event itself. I even added additional items to make the value over $130 after all of my own discounts.

What am I doing wrong?
