Hi everyone,

I started preparing for NABARD about 2 months ago, mainly focusing on Agri and ESI schemes. I’m a 26 year old currently working in IT.

I also appeared for NABARD last year with almost very less preparation. I managed to do fairly well in QRE and GA, but struggled with ESI and ARD.

Recently, I’ve purchased a few courses to strengthen those area and have been preparing from last 2-3 months and have covered good portion of ARD and Scheme, but I’ve been having second thoughts as i am starting with answer writing. I’m wondering whether I should switch my preparation to NABARD IT instead of General.

My concern is:

* For General, Phase 2 (ESI/ARD) seems very vast and in-depth (especially objectives in phase 2)

* For IT, the syllabus feels more aligned with my background, but the number of vacancies is extremely low (only 4 last year).

I’m quite confused about which path to choose.

Can someone with experience in NABARD prep or who has faced a similar situation guide me on this?
