This might be a stupid question, and can't really find a clear answer, but I've heard/seen experiences about how people TAG but somehow get rejected even if they complete prereqs + GPA (???). I wanted to ask if we didn't complete the highly recommended courses on ASSIST, especially as a STEM major, will it look bad/out of place on a TAG applicant...? Like do the highly recommended courses have any effect on the application or the classes someone will take when they actually transfer to that UC? What are the benefits of doing the highly recommended courses-- is it just like ur more educationally prepared for the upoming class orrr ???
Cuz it's not even required for admission, but somehow still seen people get rejected--- unless they overlooked a grade?
Thank you
