I operate across sales strategy, operations, and enablement focusing on improving how teams sell, not just what they sell.
Core areas:
• End-to-end sales playbook ownership (structure, execution, optimization)
• Sales onboarding & training (driving consistent execution)
• Demo strategy managing & customizing demo environments for better conversion
• Demo evaluation frameworks improving how sales performance is measured
• Leading a team of 5 BAs on cross-functional initiatives
