Hi! So I'm back to neopets after a VERY long 20+ year hiatus. I recently acquired the petpet lab ray and was curious if the island candychan is rare or not? I got one and it's not quite the theme I was hoping for this particular pet so I was looking for opinions as to whether I should keep or zap on?

Also I feel the little fella/fellete looks so sad! Ps theme is not snot 🤦‍♀️
