Help recognizing what this is - low ferritin
Hi all,
My iron is 5, ferritin 7. Have a lot of simptoms including tiredness, tinnitus, headache, dizziness, started taking supplements months ago but no progress in iron.
Will visit hemathologist on Thursday. Results are on Serbian but you will recognize those values. Ang advice what it could be?
