I am unfortunately a part of the post-Covid hair loss group except it’s been 4 years since the last time I’ve had Covid and it hasn’t stopped 😭 I used to have very thick wavy hair and now it’s completely thin, messy and unmanageable. I lose at least 150-200 stands per day and the top of my head has very uneven growth that it’s always just sticking up. At this rate I have tried almost all “remedies” and have had all bloodwork done. My ferritin is normal but low and I have been taking iron with so far no change. I’m truly at my wits end and have so much stress that I’m going to lose all of it.
