- Briefs me before meetings (who they are, history, open follow-ups)
- Tracks reminders and follow-ups so things don't fall through the cracks
- Sends a morning briefing — schedule, weather, what's due
- Runs scheduled routines (news digest, end-of-day recap, weekly review)
- Remembers people, projects, and preferences across conversations — and the memory is editable, so you can fix what it gets wrong
