I dont look at my profile and badges page much, but I decided to explore the app a bit more and selected one of them.
I never knew there was a Claim Reward button for each one 😑😭 I feel dumb but at least I have a bunch of gems to claim now, haha
I received 2 repetirive AI email replies via tickets that weren't very helpful. Also a heads up to anyone that might end up in the same situation:
I have a family member I want to invite to my Duolingo Max family, but I can't invite them because their Super trial blocks the invite.
They were forced iinto accepting the Super trial first.
The point was for them to have the added Max features like the Lily calls, so a Super trial being forced onto them and then not able to overwrite it with my Max invite is weird.
The AI reply insisted that there isn't a way to change this, but I'm not so sure. The length of the trial doesn't matter (1 week, 1 month), the reply said they'd still be stuck.
A bit annoying. Has this happened to anyone else?
