hey hope you guys are doing amazing and im not going to make this super long so here's all the info you need :
GPU : Rx 9070XT Nitro+
CPU : i9 12900f
Ram : 32gb of ddr4 corsair vengeance 3600mhz
i get around 190 to 210 avg fps so i dont know why is it that my 1%lows are so bad in cs2 like it barely hits 100fps in 1%lows and the game it just feels horrendous and so laggy idk how to describe it
lowering the graphic settings in the game does not help at all in fact it actually makes it even worse so i just set the preset to Very High in cs2 so yea
i reinstalled all the drivers my windows like everything and i mean it
am i missing something ? like im pretty sure that my pc is strong but like im kinda disappointed at it
