Need help from plant lovers here!

So yun nga, I have this fiddle leaf fig for about 3 years na siguro? And there was a time na napabayaan ko siya cos I was away from my home for months so nalagas yung mga lower leaves niya but it continued to grow taller. It has been like this for a year na.

Is there a way to save this? Can this be pruned and replanted para mahabol ko sana yung part na may leaves lang?
