I finally gave in and picked up a small sample from a local roaster last month. It’s one of those coffees I’ve heard about forever but never actually tried. It’s really easy to drink, super smooth, very clean, almost no bitterness.
But halfway through I kept comparing it to some of the Ethiopians and Colombians I already like but I’m not sure it’s worth the price compared to them. No regrets though. At least now it’s not this mysterious “one day” coffee in my head anymore!
