Does anyone have advice on what to look for when buying your first car? i looked for simple, cheap budget cars that won't break down. Narrowed it down to 2 on AutoTrader but not really able to figure out which one is good. if it's a good deal, or i should look for something else. I'll put them here; let me know if these deals are pretty bad and why. i'm open to all advice since i don't know a thing about this. Also what mileage should i aim for if i need the car to last me a few years, at least till 2029.

Not too sure if both are bad, if i should just go to a dealer for my first car? I don't want to be in crippling debt , goal is to simply get a means of transportation that is reliable and won't break down every 2 months. Thank you for any advice that you guys have!
