Alright, my grape vine exploded this year. I’ve had this vine for 3-4 years and it’s never gotten more than 3 or 4 feet in length. I honestly thought it was dead after this past hard freeze. This is the first year it’s started budding and I need help determining how to prune it and prevent pests. Currently I have the bags shown in the picture and have been spraying with neem oil. I have no idea what I’m doing so any advice would be appreciated!
