AI and short-form content have genuinely messed with my focus and memory. My college results make that pretty clear. I struggle to remember things now, and I’ve even stopped properly coding projects myself most of it became vibe coding. It’s hard to resist asking AI for solutions to coding problems.

I’m about to enter my 4th year, and honestly, I need to fix this.

I wasn’t facing these issues at the end of my 2nd year. How do I get myself back on track?
