Please, those of you who are in VP and Director roles, please walk away if you are stressed out. Picking fights or nitpicking with your Management team is a no-no. You will find yourself in HR.

Yes, you can lose your job, just as anyone else. Treat everyone the way you want to be treated! You are NOT your position or title, it’s just job TASKS you perform.

We have to stop making people feel superior because they have VP or Director behind their name. I have seen CEOs fired… no one is above anyone. PeriodT!
