I think our new Renault car was scratched. I'm not sure if it's done by someone or caused by another vehicle? I'm feeling so sad and horrible watching this because we bought this car in this March and now it's may... Is it done by a child? It's the taillight left side. Is experienced car users can tell what is this caused by? And how to get it fixed? I'm first time car owner so idk what to ask them from in service center? Our first service is free so can we ask them to get the car taillight glass replaced with new or they can do something else about it to fix it?
