Here is hoping that someone knows an answer, because getting in touch with Brussels airlines is not that easy.

We recently made a trip to New York. After the flight I got my Miles and my wife decided to open her own Miles & more account. When I go to the page to claim Miles after a flight, it tells me to enter the ticket number starting with 082. This number should be 13 Numbers long. The only code on my ticket starts with 082 but is 15 Numbers long..

Scanning the ticket is not an option because it won’t scan. The flight was 2 weeks ago.
