Its May 1st, 2026 it was around 11 AM this morning,
a friend and I just stopped traffic and helped a mama duck and her 10 or so ducklings cross Grandview highway right in front of the staples at Still Creek. We saw a lot of people filming from their cars and I was hoping someone might see this and be able to send me their videos of it, or if anyone finds it online somewhere to please let me know where!
Im working on an ecological practices minor under my BFA And still creek has been part of my studies, Im thinking of trying to propose a wildlife crossing structure for that section of still creek to the city, to hopefully improve wildlife's ability to live in this city where our infrastructure interferes with them
