I called off because i wasn’t feeling well so i went through the app and called off my shift then applied for sick time. I look at it a couple hours later and my call off got approved but my sick time was denied then i check my schedule and see that the shift is gone. Did i do something wrong with calling off? I selected the self or dependent one. What should i do?

Edit: I have pictures of my schedule showing that i had a shift that day.
