(39m w/15 years heavy labor) Surgery was Apr 10th. 2 days post surgery I still was in excruciating pain and unable to walk. Ended up admitted to in-patient rehab for 18 days, which got me up and independent, and able to walk with a cane.

I've been home for 3 days now (finally) but accidentally strained my leg muscles trying to jump straight in to walking a mile a day. I'm just taking short, 10 minute walks a few times a day until my leg muscles recover, but I'm nowhere near the 2-3 miles/day that my surgeon suggests.

My back is feeling pretty good, but sleep still hurts. I'm also using an Oryhofix Spinal Stim for 2hrs/ day.

I really wish I could just jump forward a few months and be done with this. I've been reading stories here all day and everyone else just seems to progress faster.
