Hope you can help.

I have a hive thermostat which is definitely connected to the receiver - I have reset and reconnected multiple times so I know it is connected.

However, the issue is that when the boiler (ideal logic combi 30) is switched on, it just remains on regardless if I change the temperature on the thermostat or turn the thermostat off.

It might be something simple but any help appreciated.
