I just saw this on the extension page: • Medical statements from online services will not be accepted unless face to face consultation occurs or a previous practitioner-patient relationship exists in accordance with the AMA Medical Certificate Guidelines, revised 2016.
• Medical statements from pharmacists are not acceptable.
• Offshore students should submit documentation adhereing to local Medical Board document standards.
NA can be entered in the AHPRA registration number field which is only applicable for Australia.

Was that always there? Or was this implemented recently?
