Hi im 29M. My mom made an investment to her cousin way back 2023. We have a contract that was signed however the copy that was sent to us was bare and not notorized despite them saying na inonotorized and will send a copy. Now given the due date which this month. They are saying they cannot pay due to various reasons. We are seeking legal action however given the contract no details and not notorized. I want to ask the question, may habol ba kami?
