Already sensing apprehension im the community in regard to the development for this build. There's an upcoming meeting if anyone is interested in attending to discuss long term impact concerns. Here's some information. I'm a local lender and insurance agent concerned abour adverse risk but at least for the present, I only see positve bubble impacts. Long term, is what we need more information on. Anyway, for the in demand prequals, I'll be there and the wealth strategizing policies. Expand on the impacts so NJ doesn't have the Virginia effect.
