So I’m really frustrated bc I preordered bully on vinyl back in February 2025 after the superbowl commercial and I’ve still yet to receive it or get any kind of updates at all about my orders status. I emailed support and got this reply that I’ve attached basically saying if I haven’t received it by now the order got cancelled which ok whatever I’m not super happy about it but at least I got an answer, only problem is I never received my refund. I’ve tried to follow up on this email twice now about getting my refund and no response. Anyone in a similar situation or have any ideas about what to do here? I’d much rather receive the vinyl than a refund but if it’s already cancelled I want my refund. Ye owes me $20.
