Is there a way to manage stress without relying on meds?

Dealing with more stress and anxiety and I'm trying to take it seriously before it snowballs into something harder to manage. I'm not against medication at all but I also want to find smaller day to day changes that help rather than just reaching for an instant fix every time things feel like too much. So I've been looking into routines, sleep habits, cutting back on caffeine, teas, calming drinks that kind of thing. The problem is every time I search online I either run into ads, wellness influencers pushing powders and supplements or articles that all read like they were written by the same AI. I'm not looking for a miracle cure or a ten step morning routine. Just realistic things that real people keep up with.
