I know ST is deferring the Boeing Access Rd station but without a transfer it seems pretty useless. From what I’ve found, the transfer was scrapped decades ago, but why? meddling from freight operators?
For South Asia I’d include Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Bangladesh as they’re all culturally and geographically in the same orbit (I’d go so far as to classify this region as its own continent)

These satellite communities are functionally dependent on Seattle and don't differ much at all in urban form from neighboring parts of Seattle. Annexing them would increase the tax base, but what other consequences would there be?
Does the federal government have the money to implement a similar 90/10% that was done for the Interstate Highways, but for intercity rail, metro systems, BRT, etc all to a globally recognizable standard?
