Hi. im 28F, as u can see at the photo my arm vein is kinda so stressful these days. I think its getting worse and worse as getting older.

I used to work out a lot for 3 years and now i dont really do lift. it wasnt really serious at first time but it literally so thick and ugly and idk what is the problem. Plz help.
