I had an angry nervous breakdown at my call centre job recently and now I feel horrible for it…
I ended up breaking down in tears and almost quit but I decided to stay for a paycheque and benefits and got better afterwards….has anyone else experienced this? Ps I would like serious answers please I don’t need mocking right now
