Hi everyone,

I recently got accepted into the M2 in AI, but I’ve run into an issue and I’m not sure what to do next.

In my acceptance email, it was mentioned that I should contact the international desk to obtain an official acceptance confirmation required for Campus France. However, when I reached out to them, they replied with a generic or template email asking me to send the acceptance letter I received.

The problem is that I never received any formal acceptance letter, only the initial acceptance email.

I’m kind of stuck in a loop now and not sure how to proceed. Has anyone been in a similar situation or knows what I should do? Should I follow up differently, or contact another department?
