I had this one friend who is really close to me now but back then she had just joined my school. Around the same time I was on a trip and this random guy kept sending me requests again and again. It was so annoying that I finally accepted it just to make it stop. Worst decision ever.

One day he texted me asking if I know a girl from my class. I said yes. Then he starts going on about how she is a lesbian and got expelled from her last school. Like first of all who even asked and second the audacity. I obviously did not believe a random guy so I told her everything.

She told me to block him but then said he is doing all this because she blocked him and his ego got hurt. So basically he could not handle rejection and decided to spread rumors. She told me not to block him or he might do the same to me. That should have been my first red flag.

I kept ignoring him but one day out of nowhere he started threatening me. Like full on threats. Saying I should behave nicely and I should never make a boyfriend or he will find me and slap me and do things to my family. I was literally like what is wrong with you. I blocked him and told my brother.

And then this guy actually shows up outside my school. Like excuse me who do you think you are. My brother came to pick me up and they got into a verbal fight. We even decided to go to the police station but this guy just disappeared like a coward.

But wait it gets worse. This guy somehow gets my number and starts calling and texting me from different numbers. Saying if I do not unblock him he will do something bad. Like the obsession was actually scary at this point.

Then he calls my class teacher and says my brother was threatening him. Nobody even knows how he got her number and even my tho. My class teacher told my mom and I had to explain everything from the start.

We went to the police station thinking something would actually happen. But instead the police officer starts blaming me. Saying I should not make male friends and I should not use social media. Like wow. So a guy threatens me shows up at my school and I am the problem.

At that point I realized no matter what happens people will still find a way to blame the girl. The only good thing in all of this is my family actually supported me and did not blame me for anything.

Honestly the audacity of some people is insane.
