Hello i did the open wound surgery and after a long healing it managed to closed.

About 1-1.5 month after wound being closed everything seems to going well and suddenly when i wake up in the morning i see blood (fresh red blood like when you cut yourself). When i check i see this hole.

No pain at all, no any abscess and no any discomfort.

Two days later the hole is almost closed. There is no drainage.

I really worry about the look of the hole. What do you think?
